Renewable Energy Electricity Facility Development
EIG’s development subsidiaries are major renewable and clean energy producers, using solar, biomass, wind and other renewable resources. These companies offer utility scale green solutions for municipal, Co-Op, and IOU utility companies. Through strategic partnerships and flexibility in relationships structures with its customers, these development companies are able to partner with Utilities through 20 year Power Purchase Agreements, Joint Ventures, build and transfer arrangements and turnkey arrangements. Florida Sun Power is a Renewable Development Firm headquartered in Tampa Bay, with a mission of creating utility scale solar and biomass solutions in the Florida and South East. FSP Currently has 3 Green Power Plants under preliminary stages of development.

Imperial Valley Biopower
The Imperial Valley Biopower facility is a 20MW Biomass Power Plant, converting steer manure from local feedlots and wood waste into electricity. The energy will be sold to Southern California Edison Company and can produce enough energy to power up to 20,000 homes.
Desert Sun Power
Desert Sun Power is a Solar Energy Development Firm headquartered in La Jolla, California. It’s mission is to develop and own utility scale concentrated solar facilities in California and the South West, it currently has three solar farms under development.
